(9) Interview with MovieExtras.ie member, Paul Jesseau

Irish-American actor, Edward Burns, broke off his engagement to Christy Turlington, but the couple reunited in October 2002 after a seven-month split. One word. Mad. Man. No – hang on – that was two.

Q. How long have you been with MovieExtras.ie?

A. A year and 2 months now.

Q. What kind of work have you had since?

A. I worked as a featured extra in ‘RAW’, ‘Fair City’ and ‘The Tudors’.

Q. What was your favourite job?

A. Being involved in The Tudors was terrific. The costumes, the sheer size of the production, the fact Jonathan Rhys Myers was a stones throw away. It was great.

Q. Have you met any famous people?

A. Yes indeed. I chatted to some of the cast on ‘Fair City’, and some from ‘The Tudors’.

Q. Which actor, above all others, would you like to meet?

A. Steven Seagal. My hero.

Q. Do you have a dream role?

A. To have a small speaking part in an action production. Maybe alongside Steven Seagal?

Q. What are your top three favourite movies of all time, and why?

A. ‘Ice Cold in Alex’, ‘Star Wars’, and ‘Lord of the Rings’. The acting in ‘Alex' was superb, and the special effects in the others were beyond description.
